Since 2016, I have been honing my craft as a chef, driven by a passion for conscious cooking. My journey began at the vegan restaurant Beter en Leuk and the creative kitchens of Buitenkunst, where designing a new menu every single day taught me to trust my instincts. After working as head chef at Kaap Amsterdam, I transitioned into more intimate settings like weddings and retreats to foster a deeper connection with the food and the people I cook for.
My culinary philosophy centers on whole-food, plant-based, and vegetarian dishes that prove nourishment can be a decadent experience. In my kitchen, vegetables are the undisputed stars. Over the years, I have fully immersed myself in the spices and traditional flavors of diverse global region, from Mediterranean to Asian cuisines. My standard is uncompromising: I only serve what I would love to eat myself.
