Since 2016, I have been working as a vegan chef. I started at Beter & Leuk and simultaneously worked in the kitchen of Buitenkunst, where we created a new menu every day. Later, I became head chef at Kaap Amsterdam. Today, I continue to work as a cook in a more intimate setting, preparing food for small events on location, retreats, and every summer in the beautiful kitchen of Buitenkunst
